Customer Service Agent for Swedish Team in Copenhagen
About the Position

Your main task as a Supporter is to assist and guide our customers in the use of our products and webhosting via chat and e-mail - primarily in questions about One.com products but also third-party products. There are plenty of opportunities to develop and take on additional responsibilities in this position, for instance in translating, product specialization, testing, training or in other areas you would like to develop.

How to succeed:
Ideally, you worked as a Customer Service Agent before, preferably within IT. If you have greater interest than experience in the area, we strongly encourage you to send us an application anyway. We are looking for talent, and we will arrange for a thorough training in the first period of the employment.

What to expect:
As our new colleague, you will work in beautiful surroundings 5 minutes from Copenhagen Central Station. We offer a professional and informal work environment with a casual atmosphere and competent colleagues from many different nationalities, as well as a great and varied lunch agreement. We want it to be fun to work at One.com, and social events are common – besides monthly Friday Bars we have Team days and two annual company parties!
The position is full-time with a minimum of 37,5 hours per week. Your working hours will be planned on a weekly schedule with 7,5 hours each day, excl. lunch. Work in weekends and evenings are scheduled by the Team Manager in corporation with the rest of the team.
Anticipated start date is as soon as possible. The starting salary is DKK 21.000 pr. month and is adjusted yearly.
