UX Designer

one.com is looking for a UX Designer to join the growing design team in our Copenhagen office

Our team is on a mission to design great user experiences that help our 1,5 million web customers in creating, configuring, and developing their web presence.

We recently set up a new creative space and with our brand-new design team structure, we have everything in place to design consistent and intuitive experiences that create real value for our customers.

To help us with that journey, we are looking for a new colleague, and we hope you are the one.

As a UX Designer, you will be working closely together with our product team, developers, and other designers. To get insights right from the source, you will also be in close contact with representatives from our customer support teams and of course talk to our customers about their needs.

You will be part of developing our key user flows and customer control panel and you will be responsible for their quality in terms of the usability and the flow. You are going to be part of the entire journey and follow the ideas from start to end, including the development of prototypes and UX design where you can go in to detail with the user experience.

Your tasks will vary from making specifications and design to follow up on implementation and tracking customer feedback. You will be working closely with your product / development team on a daily basis, but will be part of a design team that do regular reviews & feedback session and support each other with input and ideas for all those nerdy design details.

  • You have a relevant UX design education or maybe you have a kick-ass portfolio that can convince us that a design education is overrated.

  • You have experience with User Involvement, User Journeys, Flows, Information Architecture, Wireframing and Prototyping

  • You have experience with both web and app development

  • You understand the product lifecycle; from research and prototyping to design and usability testing, and you know your way around design tools like Sketch, InVision, Principle etc.

  • You see the bigger picture but you also care deeply about the UI details that bring it to life.

  • You love solving complex problems by creating intuitive solutions.

  • You are opinionated and know how to get people to understand why your idea is brilliant.

  • You can work in an environment that changes fast, and you can quickly adapt, while not losing sight of the objectives.

  • You have excellent English skills – spoken as well as written

  • You are a great person to be around

Additional skills

  • You might have experience with scrum and agile development methods

  • You might have experience with similar B2C products and web apps
